• High School Offers and Waitlists

  High school offers are scheduled to be released TODAY, Thursday, March 6, after school hours.

  We welcome all families of students entering high school in fall 2025 to a virtual information session about high school offers, waitlists, and next steps.

• Learn more about Summer Rising 2025

  Summer Rising Application opens in MySchools on March 4, 2025!

  We are excited to offer Summer Rising to NYC students in grades K-8 this summer. Students in Summer Rising will have access to both academic and enrichment programming over the course of the day, including field trips, arts activities, and outdoor recreation. Programs will be planned and operated collaboratively by school principals and community-based organizations (CBOs). The environment will be safe and supportive with staff prepared to respond to children’s social and emotional needs. Breakfast, lunch, and snack will be served. 

  Summer Rising Admissions Dates: The following is a timeline to help you keep track of all important due dates for the upcoming Summer Rising Admissions process.

  -March 4, 2025: Application opens in MySchools.

  -March 28, 2025: Application closes in MySchools.

  -April 24, 2025: Offer releases will be available in MySchools.

  -May 8, 2025: Acceptance Deadline.

  -July 2, 2025: Summer Rising starts for K-8 students.

  -July 4, 2025: Summer Rising will be closed in observance of Independence Day.

  -August 8, 2025: Summer Rising ends for middle school students.

  -August 15, 2025: Summer Rising ends for elementary school students.

  Don't wait ! Apply for a seat using your Myschools account between Tuesday, March 4 and Friday, March 28. For questions related to summer programming, please email summer@schools.nyc.gov.

• Learn more about NYC Public School Survey

  The 2025 NYC School Survey is Open! You can take the survey between February 10, 2025 and April 4, 2025.

   

  Your thoughts matter, and by responding to the survey, we can hear your voices. You only have to complete ONE survey, either online through the website:

   

  Panorama Education

   

  Your ACCESS CODE to log into the survey is your child's OSIS number with a lowercase letter "f" in front of the OSIS number. For example, if your child's OSIS is 234546789, the code for the survey would be f234546789.

   

  -OR-

   

  If you choose to complete the survey on paper INSTEAD of online, your child will receive an envelope with the survey to complete at home. You can mail these on your own in the provided envelope, or you can send them to school and have your child give them to their homeroom teacher.
